Not many cons, veyr relaxed

No pros reflex has changed over the years and running business to the ground. So sad!! Used to be a great place to work.

Not the same company. They are going under. They have out sources there Hr to India to save a buck and laid off some of there best people that have been loyal and hard worked for over 20 years the new leader ship has no clue how to run the business. It’s pretty sad that once the new ceo that worked so hard to build a strong company they are running it to the ground. Customers no longer come to reflex because the great employees that used to service them have been let go or left because of being underpaid and no respect.
