      Flexible work schedule. If you like working with kids and/or gymnastics, this is the job for you. You get to sit down for most of your shift.

      Cons

      Mean girl vibes from the managers. Obvious favoritism. Crappy pay. Micromanaging and lots of busy work. Expect to clean a lot.
