No flexibility; work from home is offered as a trap to individuals whose presence is required for night shift projects, thereby avoiding allowances. 3. Asks you to relocate. 4. Only short-term projects are available, so it's recommended if you're looking for a short-term stay.

      1. Makes you present at odd hours without any extra pay. 2. You must relocate to different parts of the country for short-term projects and move to a new location every few months. 3. HR listens to you,yes but only listens. 4.low job security and uncertainty about opportunities.

Reflections willingness and effort to do right by both client and Reflector is unmatched as far as I have experienced in my career.

      A strong entrepreneurial and nimble mindset means we aren't afraid to fail and adapt to changing conditions that are responsive to clients. If you do not have a strong sense of ownership or are not comfortable with uncertainty you may find yourself a bit out of your comfort zone depending on your role if you are someone who is hesitant to raise your hand and ask for help.
