Pros

A dynamic work environment. The leaders allow for opportunities for people to shine utilising their strengths for their career development, the good of the clients and the business as a whole. A forward facing company that is always considering innovation in their work and putting humans first.

Cons

Nothing to mention at the moment

Pros

The team at Reflect is genuinely wonderful. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and exceptionally skilled at their jobs. The people truly are the best part of the company. There is also a strong emphasis on work/life balance, which is a significant advantage. Many team members work four long days using compressed hours, while others opt for 4.5 or five standard days. Additionally, the company offers some fully remote roles, with team members located all over the UK, as well as hybrid roles where team members come into the office two days per week. Working with a mix of clients keeps things exciting and offers plenty of chances to learn. Teams work closely together and you can tell that everyone really cares about each other. The office also has a good vibe, and there are regular social events and team days in person that bring the whole company together (including the sister company LAB) which is about 60 people, so those events are always fun.

Cons

The culture at the company can sometimes feel off, and there is a noticeably high turnover of staff. The approach to handling departures seems somewhat abrupt; recent leavers have not worked their notice period, which has left little opportunity for farewell interactions with their teams. Compensation levels are low. While salaries might typically be 10-15% lower than those in London due to the agency's location, the actual wages are significantly below that mark. In one instance, a team member received a promotion but only saw a minimal pay increase (less than £5k increase per annum). Additionally, the recent decision to make a role redundant due to budget constraints was followed shortly by promotions for other team members amid a restructure, which created some discontent among staff.

Pros

4 day condensed work week Opportunity to specialise and learn from the best Many members of staff become very good friends and most people truly want the best for all their colleagues in the day-to-day so often will provide support outside of their 'standard workload' Lots of staff socialising Very good place to work if you are highly career driven Day to day working is well organised

Cons

Pay increases don't reflect the progress made with the company Quite Click/blatant favouritism which made for some awkward working relationships Intense work load
