      Pros

      Amazing scientific equipment/products. Only a few, but some excellent colleagues are present…

      Cons

      3 CEO’s in short space of time - often making very poor decisions. Pointless re-structures of teams… (again!!) - leading to serious uncertainty.. Last 12 months, was a toxic environment to work in. So many valuable, expert, knowledgeable individuals left. Senior management do not understand the value of certain people / departments Company seems to be in a rush to become more American-ised… as in the volume of sales is far more important than existing customers Very poor work/life balance.

      Technology is well received in market. Company of supportive people working together as a team.

      Cons

      Many roles require a substantial amount of travel, which is typical in capital equipment companies
