Nothing due to horrible pay structure

The pay is based on how many calls you make in order to get an appt which any experience B2B Phone Pro know One of the number #1 Obstacles is getting the Decision maker to speak with on your 1st call to them especially is your asking for the owner so the more places you call there not there to speak with the less they pay you once you get an appointment

Pros

It's a great company with a lot of opportunity for growth. Plus, the people who work here especially the Team leaders who really love their job, and that's important to me. The company really care about its employees as well and providing a great working environment.

Cons

No based pay, but commissions here are so dam* high. You just need to focus on your work and give your best

Pros

They pay on time. When you hit the targets everyone is happy with you.

Cons

They can cut your pay at any time for any reason. I don't really know the CEO, but I'm put off by his personality. You can get fired via a Slack text... The leads I received were very poor and exhausted. I don't know anyone who earns a stable basic salary at this company. Everyone I knew, including managers, received performance-based pay. There's no work-life balance. Sometimes they'd ask you to make over 400 calls per day using their archaic dialler
