Pros

I've worked many jobs throughout my life and I have never until recently had the opportunity to work for a company that truly cares. Referral exchange is managed by a wonderful and motivating team that builds you up and never puts you down. They go out of their way to show all of their employees how valuable they are. They found a way to create a family. I'm lucky that I had the opportunity to be a part of a company that changes people's lives for the better.

Cons

The only con I can think of is how hard it is to leave. They do so much for you and everyone is positive and optimistic. It made leaving really difficult for me. It's hard to find these qualities in a professional environment.
