      Pros

      I work on projects that I actually enjoy. I work with some of the most intelligent and friendly people I've ever met. We are growing quickly, but the integrity and tight-knit culture still remains. Everyone on my team has a strong work ethic and are extremely helpful. Overall, I have a very positive outlook for where we are and where we are going as a company.

      Cons

      Only that as we grow, I hope that we will continue to hire the best of the best and that the quality of work remains as it is.

      Pros

      The staff are driven, humble, and hard-working. They are incredibly motivated to grow the firm, deliver high quality work products to clients, and have entrepreneurial spirit! Reference Point's people are truly our greatest assets and they are an absolute joy to work with day to day.

      Cons

      Like many boutique sized firms, there are some growing pains as we scale but most of our internal and client-facing staff enjoy the challenges that come along with building a business!

      Full of intelligent and cooperative people. Plenty of opportunities to carve your own path since it’s a smaller company.

      The PTO policy is not as generous as most consulting firms.
