Pros
The business owner, Ryan, comes across as a genuinely good person. The company has a decent approach to workflow automation. It's solid, but nothing particularly groundbreaking or innovative. It works, but there’s room for refinement and differentiation.
Cons
There is no real training or onboarding process in place. While they provide some training materials, they later claim there's a different method you’re supposed to follow, but they never actually share what that method is. Instead, you're expected to figure out that you're supposed to schedule your own training with managers, and if you don’t, they blame you for not knowing. The management, particularly Emily, lacks the leadership and structure necessary for a functional team. I strongly recommend avoiding this company—it's disorganized, misleading, and frustrating from day one.
