Team building is taken seriously—in the best way—with fun, well-planned activities and memorable trips that strengthen relationships and keep the culture vibrant. Unlimited PTO, open communication, and a management team that genuinely invests in your success make it an outstanding place to grow your career. It’s one of the best teams I’ve had the privilege of working with—professional, encouraging, and a pleasure to be part of.

      Outside of amazing leadership and coworkers, fun team bonding trips, and access to the latest and greatest systems employees are offered unlimited PTO, great healthcare

      Pros

      I am given the opportunity to run my own business like it is mine! I am free to work as hard as I want as long as I show results! I have received encouragement, acknowledgement and accolades! The sky is the limit on earnings and you get what you put in. Refactor Talent is Smaller staffing company that exceeds all others in taking care of their employees. (Contract and Full Time Hires) I am given the tools to succeed in recruiting. I love my team members and we have each other's back. At this point in my career, there is no better place for me.

      Growing pains are hard at times for a new company. We are working through new things every day and getting better all the time.
