Pros
People are great. I love the culture there. It's a good mix of people. Company is going to change in the right direction and there's a buzz there that is motivating. There is pressure to succeed given my role but it's not toxic like some places I've worked in. I would definitely recommend.
Cons
More marketing activity but even that is changing so will not be a con soon.
