If you're not liked by the right person then forget it you are out. They talk a big game but the decision makers have no backbone. They allow one specific department manager to run the entire hospital. Most of the employees say they can't complain to hr about things like their manager telling them they can't go to hr for anything. Even the hr department has stated they have been told that but they don't do anything about it.
