Please note, written from my partners words but by their partner, non employee of this business Job description stated the following hours Monday-Friday 10am-4.30pm with the occasional Saturdays available I've been employed for 5 weeks, worked every single Saturday despite raising the issue with in store management. I've also been rotated in to begin at 7am every Wednesday . This is not possible, my Partner works 7am-2pm then completes the school run. The Saturday shifts were stated as occasional in the job description. I've been understanding when management have repeatedly made excuses for me having to work Saturdays, yet nothing has changed ! I understand that Saturdays are the busiest day un this industry, but I chose the job specifically because it stated "occasional Saturdays" and I feel I've been repeatedly lied to and made to feel guilty for speaking up!
