PTO/Sick/ all rolled into one. Management makes staff feel over worked and unappreciated. They have no problem adding on the work, and not approving the overtime it takes to accommodate the work. Pay is low for the area. I was hoping to stick it out a little longer with this firm but feeling unappreciated and over worked is getting old.
