Nice perks but little time to enjoy due to workload

Poor leadership, very unorganized, heavy workload, unfair workload distribution, pay is low and varies greatly by department with no metric for expectation or growth
Great perks, daily lunches, discounts to high end golf courses and other properties
Every employee feels extremely capable at their job.
Unlimited PTO
I wasn't micro managed.
Flexible hours, only really bothered that you get your work done, not hours worked. Trusting employer, but at this level they should be able to trust you.
