Pros

I have worked for Reedy Group for nearly two years and have never experienced such a tightly-knit group of committed professionals. I love coming to work and greeting everyone from maintenance to our management staff. For such a varied business, it's good to know who you work with and who you work for in a way that is both professional and candid. My past work experience included a long line of retail jobs that did nothing to challenge me intellectually. When I began at Reedy Group, I felt stimulated by the constant improvements and reinventions occurring. I was able to hit the ground running with my customer service background with the trust that I would develop and improve my skill set as I progressed through the company. To some, change may be frustrating. This is a fast-paced environment that demands quick thinking without compromising the ethic and product you present to the CEO, your coworkers, and most importantly the clientele. To adapt to change, you must have the drive to succeed and the desire to let go of the fear of failure. Guidance is given when you ask for it, but it is up to you to open that line of communication. Prepare to be unequivocal with your needs or misunderstandings and expect the same from others.

Cons

Systems change as advancements in technology, organization, and management are found. You have to be able to shift your line of thinking quickly. Management style is very direct. That does not mean you aren't allowed to make mistakes; just own up to them without excuses that fall short.
