Reedsy is a fully remote company, so their team is incredibly global and diverse, with employees logging in from all over the world. They prioritize talent and innovation rather than a strict "9-5", which offers a nice amount of creativity and flexibility for their employees and teams.
Cons
As the team is based all over the world, nearly everyone is an independent contractor as a team member of Reedsy. As such aren't many opportunities for paid time off or more traditional benefits (like healthcare for those based in the US).
