Pros
Great Benefits and Atmosphere. Great People CEO is great but needs to take a profit loss and have better morals and don't fine so many drivers out of there living wage so he can make a better cut of his 1.2 mil.
Cons
They just do not have morals in their weekly meeting they would encourage to write fines to drivers if they did not meet there sales quota. So if they where off by 1k in sales they would go back and whatever drivers where a couple minutes late they would give a fine of 250 or more which is tough being a driver some loads they only make 500 Another is work life wasn't the best they said it was 8-530 with 30 min lunch but that turned into 730-630 most days while the mangers went home early some as early as 2pm All jobs their have to work an occasional weekend and work an occasional holiday they have to come on for, of course paid but if your salary it does not matter. And when calling drivers on say 4th of July they are not happy with you a lot of them will cuss at you (happened to me)
