      Pay is not bad (just slightly below market rate)

      Cons

      Very toxic culture - long hours, micro-managing partners, mean colleagues, blame culture, associates bullying each others (also trainees and paralegals), secretaries making things up about others etc

      Great teammates, hybrid work environment, nice offices

      Cons

      Too many chiefs and not enough support members; unequal treatment of staff where some are allowed to do things a certain way while others aren't.
