Pros

High job security, some good people, good training

Cons

Working hours in management are very poor - very rare to do only your 8 hours and finish, new management in my region was poor, treated poorly when exiting the business and post employment, pay not great for hours and minimal staff numbers

Immediate Leadership (whom were fired with no cause) and Co-Workers (who were outsourced or reorganized)

Cons

This is the most toxic workplace I’ve worked for in my career. Senior Leadership does not care about team members and has stated that in private conversations. There are two cultures in Reece - one in the field and other at Regional Support Center (RSC). The RSC consistently is cutting costs (outsource, on-shore) or plainly eliminate with additional work spread to remaining team members. The CFO has little to no care about any employees and has been there for a long time. Leadership around her has cycled in 2-3 years consistently in her 20+ tenure (Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller/Controller). Whole accounting team and almost all of FP&A has left/replaced when I was there (less than 2 years). This is a high turnover workplace if you are looking for a place to work long-term, STAY AWAY!!!
