Average pay at best, required to work minimum 10 hour days. Culture is similar that of a cult, any dissenters are literally sent away for “retraining” and you are constantly told how people are desperate to join the company all while being reminded that you are easily replaceable. Staff of all levels are turned over at alarming rates.
