If you're looking to be a part of a fast pace, super growth, industry changer company then this is it. All wrapped up around sustainability where no one else in the market carries that mission statement and delivers on it.

Slacks can be late evenings at times as the workforce is international. For some that can be difficult (not for me). Googlesheets and suit are nice, but i'm a Office guy and using one of my personal licenses for Excel, outlook and onenote while still using some google suit tool ( i was using 2 of the 5 i have so it was a no brainer for me).

- Lot's of opportunity, if you want it, it's there for the taking. - Autonomy and the ability to innovate and be creative - Not a lot of red tape so things move quickly - Freedom to expand beyond typical responsibilities, allowing me to be involved in complex projects. - My manager shows a lot of compassion and kindness but also challenges me to do and be more. This is something I have noticed with other managers as well.
