Pros

> flexible working place > good business ambition

Cons

> inconsistence salary scheme; When signing the contract, bonus was agreed to pay monthly based on performance. However, it has been changed to quarter-based and 50% monthly bonus get hold till the end of each year. >toxic middle management team; productive people are gone and replaced by useless people. Pretending everything looks good; Hiding behind and failed to address issue. Leftover tones of problem which will potential evolve to a bomb for future > overworking with salary that is lower than market average. 6 month salary review which was stated in contract never happened. When follow up; just reply with an unacceptable offer with tones of excuses and not even fulfilling the offer

Pros

This has been an amazing rollercoaster full of growth, opportunities, and more. It is a face paced company that is really strives to succeed and wants its employees to do the same. While I’m newer to the company, I feel fully supported by my peers and leaders.

Cons

As a startup, it is working through a lot struggles regarding tools, processes, and structure.

Pros

- Lot's of opportunity, if you want it, it's there for the taking. - Autonomy and the ability to innovate and be creative - Not a lot of red tape so things move quickly - Freedom to expand beyond typical responsibilities, allowing me to be involved in complex projects. - My manager shows a lot of compassion and kindness but also challenges me to do and be more. This is something I have noticed with other managers as well.

Cons

- Like any startup there are growing pains and we are learning to prioritize the right projects. - Sometimes the global hours can slow things down, mostly waiting for responses from my global counterparts or leaders
