Exceptional Team and Support for the Sales Executives with Strong Pre Sales team Great, Mature Product(s) both on premise and Cloud Marketing support is strong and improving Strong leadership with a clear vision and Sales Focus Excellent compensation packages with an opportunity to make serious money for those who can hit their quota Clear cloud strategy

Cons

The Partnership with SAP needs work. There seems to be a disconnect between company vision and channel management strategy. Benefit package could be improved. The sales strategy for new products is not well thought out and on the fly.
