Pros
Honesty. I think one of the core values of this company is to be honest with employees. Expectations are as realistic as possible, and consistently met, which goes a long way in the workplace. I believe that management faces many challenges as any growing company would, but they make it easy for us to trust trust them, and continue to work hard.
Cons
Hours. Sometimes, the hours can be long. I appreciate that management tries to recognize and avoid burn-out, and makes sure to address it head on with the employee if needed (I have seen this intervention more than once!).
