Asking about your wellbeing isnt just a checkbox exercise. ~ Open to any role-relevant training or conference attendance ~ A “lack back” vibe when everything is on schedule ~ Generous compensation relative to your expertise ~ Clear goals and objectives shared amongst the team ~ No “blame culture”. If you screw up, the focus isnt on blaming or scalding. Instead the focus is on “how can we solve it” and “how can we learn from this for the future”. ~ Great bit of software and super complex. Plenty to “sink your teeth into”.

~ Honestly dont have any. Was an amazing company to work for, and left due to personal reasons. Would definitely work there again if the stars aligned for it.
