Pros

Laid back, flexible for emergencies, good benefits, most employees are friendly.

Cons

Updates/ changes to coding seem to break more than they fix, causing Support to receive the brunt of the trauma from customer feedback - causes burnout. They don't pay their employees what they are worth, causing quality employees to jump ship, after many conversations giving the company a chance to keep them. They say they like to hire from within first, but hold qualified employees back because they "can't afford to lose them" to another position. This will cause them to lose them as an employee completely. Not enough care about employees who don't do their job or are terrible at their job, causing more work for the other underpaid employees.

Pros

Plenty of room for advancement if you do all of the required trainings. Pretty decent pay. Ok benefits (not great, but still good) You get vacation in your bank as you earn it, you do not have to wait for an anniversary. Somewhat flexible schedule. Everyone is really friendly and willing to help. OT is available if you want it, but they have a cap on what is allowed, because they care about your work/life balance

Cons

It is a call center job, you do get callers that talk to you sideways. It is easy to get a coaching for mistakes, but they really only effect how or when you get promoted.
