Nice work environment. Good team members with competitive spirit. Sales process are well defined so chances to make mistakes is very less. There is a structured system of stats and goals so to meet the targets one needs to be aware of the progress always. Learnings are very good.

Too much pressure for sales team to generate revenue. Not really a con but can be if you one is not used to working in this type of fast paced setting.
