Pros

Nice pay, consistent hours, residents are wonderful, $100 bonus at Christmas time, clean

Cons

I worked for this horrible company for 4 years. One time I got fired for being pregnant, had to hire a lawyer and jump through hoops to get my job back. After I got the job back I was treated horrible. My hours would constantly change, I was forced overtime, and told I never did my job correctly. I was later forced to either quit or go on a personal leave of absence for being pregnant again. Never once either time was I offered FMLA, which is required by law.

Pros

Very kind people, from the Presidents/Vice Presidents, the staff, and the residents. Personal satisfaction in helping others. I had came with a strong background, but my supervisors Joe and Rich taught me so much more, im set up for life with so many technical skills. One minute im nerding out about psychometrics and thermodynamics, the next im being praised as a hero for programming the TV remote. The health benefits are top notch. I was sure to thank them for that before I left the company! John is no longer CEO, so below I will rate Vicki. I was hired a bit late and missed some career opportunities that I only heard about, but if you are on the nursing side of things and you would like to become a CNA or a nurse they will support you and help you 100% including training opportunities.

Cons

I complained a lot because I was told things by the person who hired me that never came true. To be fair that person left shortly after I was hired. All the guys that were hired after me had full understanding. The truth is the pay is fair for the job. No matter your skill set, half of the job you will not need that skill set. In addition for the most technical aspects, they will call in and outside company to take the load off the maintenance department and also to help with liability. We maintenance and repaired the air handlers for example, even changed compressors but when things got too confusing or we got stumped they were happy to call in and outside company.

Pros

Had a nice mix of working independently and working with others. Nice if you like the hospitality side of chatting with residents as you do your job.

Cons

Very fast paced at times
