Cons
There are no account managers, everyone is a strategist. So, you will be dedicating a lot of time to account management. So, if you're a strategist expect lots of travel and lots of client meetings! If you're associate, expect to be spending a lot of time coordinating travel, setting up meetings, and pulling images for the deliverable (some sort of deck). They travel schedule can be very demanding as can the work-life balance, so you have to be okay with your friends being your coworkers!
