      Great coworkers with a collaborative environment; work-life balance and flexible schedules; management seeks feedback and sincerely wants to improve company culture and practices. Delivery processes have greatly improved in the time I've been here, based on staff feedback and ideas.

      Cons

      Small company = benefits package is not as great as you might get at a larger company

      Cons

      Redpath is a mid-sized consultancy. While at times it means people wear multiple hats it also means we each have opportunities to make a bigger impact than if we were at a big company.
