Pros
- Amazing people that genuinely care about their employees and clients - I learned an incredible amount from so many individuals and I'm very grateful to have had the opportunity to work for this great team
Cons
- We experienced some growing pains throughout my time there - Redpath invested heavily in their Delivery organization (which makes sense), but the organization could have really benefited from more investment in their go-to-market team (Sales and Marketing)
