      Pros

      The hiring process is one of a kind, they give applicants a chance to show what they can do. Doesn't focus on interview only but more on hands on tests. Great company, accomodating employees and bosses. Always helping co-workers when needed. Provides learning opportunities to their employees.

      Cons

      So far, I have nothing to say about the downside working at Redlist.

      Redlist has a lot of opportunity to make an impact to the company culture and growth. The people that work here are amazing and dedicated to getting things done. The company is lead with integrity and a high level of knowledge of our customer's industries.

      Work life balance can get lost in the push to grow.

      Nice people, good product, small team

      Cons

      Not ready to support a true Sales Account Manager. Try to operate in an area that requires leads to succeed but keep failing by counting on cold calls. Have gone through 13 people in 1 cubicle in 1.5 years
