One of the Best Places I have Worked. - Human Resources Administrator Redlist Employee Review

I have been very lucky in my life to work for some really great companies with good management, but this by far has been my favorite place to work. There is a genuine intention and action from the executive team to make sure Redlist has an authentic, kind, and open environment. There is also a large effort to sit with employees, mentor them, and make sure they are stretching and pushing to reach personal goals. As a start-up the work is hard, but there is a lot of autonomy given as to how you can approach that hard work. I have been enriched by my time here and I am looking forward to many more years to come!
