Our Contact Center positions involve continued education, check-ins, coaching opportunities, etc. to ensure we are always “improving and adapting” – a main value for us at Redirect Health. Also, another value and commitment to “Obsess Over People” which includes our members, is to always deliver the best care possible and this involves daily collaboration with our Team Leads. We hope you were still able to take advantage of some of the great benefits we offer our Contact Center, such as remote working, free healthcare, and more. At Redirect Health we have a true open-door policy and always encourage employees to bring concerns to their manager, team leads and/or any leader before a situation becomes difficult to navigate.
