      Growing business - lots of opportunity to grow and progress as the business grows Great culture - Amazing team mates who are talented and good human beings Good benefits including share options so all employees can benefit from Redgate’s growth

      Cons

      Flexible hybrid working - doesn’t appeal to everyone. Is highly flexible though - office days range from 1-5/week in my team, largely based on individual preference

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
