Pros

Would recommend Redgate to anyone. That said, once you get in, you really have to carry your weight and do the job well. But it is well worth it.

Cons

It's tough work, and a tough industry.

Pros

A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

Cons

Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
