      Good Start up position out of school. Not for experienced sales person.

      Cons

      Non commission underpaid. No room for growth or avenues to move to other positions. Very flat structure.

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
