      Pros

      Great office, smart people, get things done, try to do the right thing for employees and customers. Free breakfast and lunch. Lots of social activities.

      Cons

      Has changed over the years as it has grown and inevitably, not everyone that works well in a small organisation will work well in one of 300 people. Hasn't come up with the next breakthrough product.

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Cons

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
