      Great place to work. Company has a hybrid working model, with 90% of work done from home, 10% in office for operations that can't be done from home.

      Cons

      Might work beyond the usual working hours in a day due to project/client requirements to deliver projects or tenders, that is however covered by overtime and bonus pools.
