Toxic work culture riddled by religious zealots, intolerances towards other cultures or beliefs and leadership scandals. Pastor's were frequently on national news due to money mismanagement, affairs or retribution. If you are not religious, don't work here. Even if you're not religious, don't work here.

      The people at this place are amazing, so supportive and so friendly, it really is a special place to be.

      Cons

      It is a very stressful job, at times it can be overwhelming and take a lot out of your own free time.
