Pros

Pros Good Infra, Good Team to learn and Grow all helpful apart from TL, For Paint Artist would Recommend to join as they have always new different and challenging projects, Recently Starting with Hollywood Projects,

Cons

Cons Ok Guys please make sure that this field i wont recommend personally to make as a career its not at all career oriented. Reasons i will mention all below 1) Long Working Hours with no limits i use to stay 3 days and night at the studio 2) No repay for food or cash vouchers on time 3) Work Pressure its too worst even you will be working on Saturday and Sunday without any extra pay al they will pay you its our drawn salary 4) Salaries are on time only if you are in Bigger Corporate Studio., Some small studios pay salary on 20 of next month and some even do not pay to their employees after so much of hard work. 5) would recommend to people who are new into this field or planning to join will tell you that the film industry works like this only either u join Redchillies or any other studio all companies have same issue its better u join some back office job 6) As far as increment level is concerned its very good any why not wer people work just for 30 days having sat sun off if we calculate in dis filed we usually work twice as they do even if ur pay would reach 40k u will never be satisfied 7) Life after marriage in this filed is damn worst your wife will run away for sure can assure you on it. 8) Bad sector not at all recommend for career thing for just money purpose u can work to earn income.Show Less

Pros

Exposure to real, high-scale media projects that help you understand how professional film and production workflows actually operate. Supportive team members who guide interns instead of treating them like an afterthought. Creative atmosphere where you genuinely feel inspired by the work happening around you. Opportunity to observe industry-standard processes that you won’t find in typical academic settings. Good brand name that adds solid credibility to your resume.

Cons

Workload can get unpredictable depending on ongoing projects, especially during tight production schedules. Limited structured mentorship — you learn a lot, but you have to be proactive in asking questions. Intern tasks can sometimes feel repetitive if you're placed on a specific project for long periods. Not much clarity on long-term career opportunities after the internship. Work hours may stretch occasionally due to industry demands.
