Pros
Very friendly colleagues, great perks (like a stocked kitchen, monthly fitness fund, Friday drinks), beautiful office space, approachable management. Company values are admirable and management work to make sure they're present in the day to day. Most people really care about the company mission.
Cons
Growing quickly means decisions are sometimes made without a lot of thought into the long term impact. Communication can break down between teams quite easily, and communication from management isn't always entirely transparent.
