The impact that working at Redbock has had on my professional skillset has gone far beyond what I would have expected prior to my employment. It is not an easy job by any means, but if you are looking for the opportunity to learn valuable skills and knowledge, this is the place to do it. Aside from the professional gains that I have seen during my time here, this job has also impacted my personal life. In learning to work with a diverse array of candidates and colleagues, I have seen an improvement in my communication, patience and critical thinking abilities, which translates directly to how I perform in my personal life.
