Pros
The leadership at Redbird really does give a damn about the employees...it's an a-hole free environment. No politics. No jerks. Just really good people doing really great work and looking out for one another. Everyone has each other's backs and leadership makes a point to celebrate people and consistently elevate the work they've done. Nice clients, too.
Cons
It's tough to work in a virtual office. We only get together at our office once or twice per week. If you're into that, great. You can work from home most of the time. But if you really want hands-on mentorship, you'll have to work a bit harder.
