Pros

NO PROS Redaptive is a sinking ship pretending to sail smoothly. Leadership has no clear vision and runs the company based on gut feelings and internal politics. Layoffs happen almost every quarter, with zero transparency or accountability. Talented people are brought in only to be let go without reason or warning. The culture is toxic, morale is nonexistent, and the only thing consistent is chaos. Avoid unless you're into instability and disappointment. Endless Layoffs, No Direction – A Revolving Door of Talent

Cons

Toxic Culture with Zero Direction. Simply gutter company No work life balance - You have to work Indian hours and US hour both Endless Layoffs, every quater

Pros

Many very talented individual contributors Potential opportunity to grow skills and contribute, even if temporary Decent pay and benefits while employed

Cons

Leadership is lost. Read about the industry and the changing landscape in commercial renewable energy and disappearing credits from the federal government and you'll understand why this company is struggling to exist. Now add AI and the overall market environment to the equation. The biggest problem, however, is the lack of leadership. Constant restructuring, "streamlining" aka elimination of roles, expansion of responsibilities for others, zero stability, and a horrible reputation at this point. Do not make the mistake of considering this place stable employment. Every corporate role is being eliminated or moved to India where possible. Direction changes daily on a whim. Monthly layoffs now. It's a joke. Many managers are obviously unqualified in their roles. Favoritism everywhere. Disagree with the wrong person, and you might be quietly let go. Monthly travel for all employees and quarterly retreats to expensive destinations are questionable at best when you're constantly laying people off. Every one of my colleagues were previously or are currently looking for other work during their time here. That should tell you everything.
