Pros

Ok, most of the reviews here are blatantly fake, haha.. here's one to do a little justice. Cosy office, swimming pool in the office. You get to experience this 'interesting' lady boss. (Well, every bad experience is a 'good' experience, right?) After this employment (possibly short one), you will find that your previous and future employers are actually quite nice.

Cons

I was there for 6 LONG months. Just 6 months but so much drama, and you get to know how it feels like to be in a reality show. haha.. Hmm, where do I start, will just write what comes to my mind. Ok, here goes~ The Security Cam: Well, normal for companies to have security cameras you might say. Here's what she will do: she watches you, then calls the company phone to let u know she's watching (Scene A) At say 5.30pm, a few colleagues decided to chill a bit at the pantry, with some desserts that the press/media sent. *Office phone rings* Lucky Employee answers: Hello, RedTree Group! Lady boss: "Hello, why are they all chatting at the pantry huh, do they know what time it is now?? Please ask them go back work" *Lucky Employee signals to the group to return to their seats. *employees moves slowly away from the pantry, back to their seats. (end of Scene A) Other similar scenes, to cut the long story shorter: eg. Watches you when she's on leave, and calls to ask why is this person not at her seat (erm, the person wasn't there because she went to the toilet for, 5mins) eg. someone went out of the office to make a long phone call, for say about 15min, she called to ask why is she not at her seat for so long. (wait, this actually meant she was watching her for as long!) So, she does this everywhere, anywhere. When she's out to meet clients, in the car, when she's on leave, and when she's in the lady boss' office on the 2nd floor. Missing egg tarts/moon cake saga: Texted in the chat group (unfortunately, yes, there is a chat group). "Where are my egg tarts huh? I left it in the fridge last night, why is it not there anymore? Please do not anyhow eat the food in the fridge, sometimes I want to give clients one you all know??" Missing soy bean saga: So, she had boxes of free soy bean drinks (or something like that) that she got from a barter with a client, so she keeps saying she wants to donate them to some old folks home. One minute she keeps asking you to drink them, 'please help yourselves, *smiles*'. The next minute, she comes in, look into the store and say "Why my soy drink getting lesser and lesser huh? I want to donate to old folks home one leh!" So, when you reluctantly reply her that u did not take or drink any of her soya drink, she snaps "Everyone also say they did not take". Yup, you just became a prime suspect for her missing tarts or soy bean drinks. Fine system for being late. Need to tap out when gg to lunch so she knows what time u left and came back. 'Fine' if u forget to tap out. OK... Fine... Every week there are interviews, then frequently new staff joins, and the next day, or next week, or the next month, they are gone. Am speaking from the fact that I worked there for about 6 months, i saw countless people come and go. And this is not a 2000 employees company, headcount is usually about 6-10 at max. Best one I have seen, was the lady first day came in the morning, after lunch, didn't return. She's a clever one actually. Oh ya, zero integrity, yes. Here's a classic: When some issues occurs with a client, say, error in print, she likes to conveniently shift any the blame to staff who has left the company. I witness that at least 2-3 times, either on email, or her on the phone. It always sends a chill down my spine. "Oh yes, we are sorry about this, this is due to So-and-So, yes, we have fired her." I am almost quoting her word for word. And yes, of course, bad-mouthing her ex staff to industry people (especially those who left the company in bad blood). To a certain extent, this is ok if the things she said were true, but well, most of them, if not all, were made up. Yup, she really goes to court like she goes high tea. And, she likes to take OOTDs, not always selfies though, so do stay far from her, else she will pass her camera to you and ask u to take her in various angles, perhaps at her pretty balcony in the office, at the nice swimming pool, or during company events. All said, the worse part? She is exceptionally delusional, thinks highly of herself, gave herself a very unique nick (hahahahahaha, I cannot stop laughing, sorry I am not allowed to share it here). She holds meetings and shares inspirational quotes from Steve Jobs! Look, I never thought you need to be an angel, all nice to people to be a boss, but at least you need to be smart and capable, not delusional. This is actually so much fun to re-collect. For the experience of your life, do join the company. 1 month would feel like a year. Hahahaha...
