Great place - Project Manager RedTech Employee Review

I need a consulting company that allows me to work remotely, that trusts and respects what I do and the decisions that I take. RedTech has been a place where my needs have been met. I cover a part-time role and it is the right thing for me, I couldn't ask for a better deal.

I do not have any "cons" to share.

During contact, they continue to serve contractors checking in from time to time to see if support is needed. I never hesitate to reach out to Jodi or Cliff for additional contract resources, questions or insight. Two years later, they are still working with me to find my next role. Jodi is an extremely dedicated recruiter as well as a very warm and genuine person. Working with her is having the best recruiter on your side. She always puts her clients and job-seekers first; resulting in customized service. She continues to advise me on career opportunities and always lends a hand when I come to her with business questions. RedTech truly sets themselves apart as a Tech Sourcer. As a business, they pride themselves on continual improvement giving contractors like myself competitive advantage. They provide annual appreciation offering happy hours and lunch events to showcase new business and update their consultants. Because of their outstanding service and continued support, I look forward to working with RedTech for the rest of my career!
