Pros

RedPeak is an amazing company not only to live with but also to work for. I had worked for the company previously for almost three years, and left to explore other endeavors but the grass was definitely not greener! I am back now and couldn't be happier. RedPeak really makes the effort to ensure you feel valued and appreciated as an employee. They give feedback whenever possible which I think is really important. I have also lived at two different RedPeak buildings, and maintenance is always prompt, everything is clean, and I just could not say enough great things about them!

Cons

The reason I left previously was because I didn't see a lot of room for advancement or growth since is a smaller local company, and everyone in their leadership roles didn't appear to be going anywhere. That has changed a lot over the last year and a half, with new opportunities opening up all the time as they expend at a fast pace.

Pros

The company tries to hold fun events for employees.

Cons

The office currently feels somewhat divided, and some key members of leadership do not appear fully open to new ideas or alternative perspectives. There are also ongoing concerns regarding diversity and inclusivity, particularly at the leadership and corporate levels. In addition, the team has experienced significant turnover over the past few years, which has affected stability, continuity, and overall morale. As the company continues to adopt more AI-driven processes, there is growing uncertainty about the long-term outlook for onsite staff and how these changes may impact their roles. Lastly, growth opportunities appear somewhat constrained due to the company’s investor relationships and the criteria surrounding new acquisitions. This has raised concerns about the organization’s long-term growth trajectory.

Thank you for taking the time to share your candid thoughts. As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, you are correct in there has been a good deal of change and that can be unsettling, particularly when those retiring have been such an important part of who we are. Change can also be a good thing, and bring new ideas and sometimes better ways of doing things to the table. As far as diversity is concerned, we work hard to create an environment where everyone feels included and heard, and will continue to do so because we agree, diversity of thought is important. We also agree human connection is important, and essential to serving residents. The world continues to change, and our goal is to utilize technology to ensure our teams are able to deliver what they do best; serve our residents and provide great places to call home. Again, thank you for sharing, and we will continue to work to always be better.
