Pros
- Great place for early career. You learn quickly, get exposure to different domains, and can have an outsize business impact given the small(er) size of the company
- Great friendly culture, getting to know people at the office is easy and rewarding
Cons
- Low salary
- Outmoded policies, continuous emphasis on RTO despite the fact that half the company works remotely from other cities and even Canada
- Lack of transparency from management -- few 1:1s, little opportunity for career progression
- Client-facing projects consistently pressure employees to work overtime for long stretches, no attempt by management to remedy this
- Outdated tech stack, a lot of tech debt
- Lots of bureaucracy
